Return & Refund Policy:

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made via https://byhappliances.com for products manufactured and sold by BYH Appliances (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”).

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Policy outlines your options for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify our customer-care team within [7] days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
  • The item must be inspected and approved by our quality team before processing a refund or replacement.

Note: Products that are used, installed, damaged due to mishandling, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or mishandling.
  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers, labels, or packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipment.

Please ensure the returned item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We may arrange pickup through our authorized courier partners or request that you ship the item back to our address.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection:

  • If the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
  • If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not matching your claim, the request may be rejected and the product returned to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Payment Method Refund: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases (e.g., minor damage, partial order), a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping charges and COD (cash-on-delivery) fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement timelines depend on product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a full refund instead.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer-care team.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must go through the return process after delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence.
  • Do not discard the packaging or product until our team confirms the next steps.
  • We will arrange replacement or compensation depending on the situation.
